- Procurement of materials and off site services in an efficient manner as directed ensuring organisations are capable
- Preparation of subcontract invitations to tender and evaluate tender returns
- Maximise cash flow through timely preparation of valuations, submission of invoices and receipt of payment
- Assist in the prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts, including variations, claims and disputes
- Contribute to the production of accurate and timely CVR reports and forecasts
- Measurement of works and agreements with subcontractors
- Prompt and regular submission of main contract payment applications and subsequent cash collection
- Translate measurement from drawings and specifications and prepare Bills of Quantities and Schedules of rates
- Collation of Cost and Value Information
- Preparation of Cost reconciliation statements
- Degree within Quantity Surveying or construction related
- Proficient use of Microsoft Packages
- Extensive experience of working on live projects and final accounts
- Exposure to resolving disputes
- Ability to negotiate with clients/sub contractors and draft sub contracts
- Successfully completed a number of final accounts
- Relevant driving licence
- Healthcare & refurbishment experience essential
