A dynamic and rapidly expanding Construction and Property Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to appoint a client-facing Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of a highly reputable and forward-thinking consultancy with a strong foothold in the Birmingham market. Operating from three strategically located offices, the firm currently has a dedicated Quantity Surveying team of six and is continuing to invest heavily in its people and growth.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in supporting the firm's ambitious expansion plans. With a projected turnover of £2 million this year and a target of £2.85 million for next year, the practice is on a clear trajectory to increase its group turnover from £8 million to £20 million within the next four years - making this a particularly exciting time to join.

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will enjoy working on a diverse pipeline of secured projects across a wide range of sectors, including industrial, offices, education, build-to-rent, student accommodation, biodiversity, ecclesiastical, listed buildings, public sector, and automotive. Project values typically span from £300k up to £60m, with one flagship scheme valued at over £400m.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
