I have been asked to find a Quantity Surveyorfor my client- a nationally active reinforced concrete/formwork specialist contractor.
They have the capability to work on contracts up to around 15m in value and these tend to be in the North and Midlands. Their core business is in bridges and structures within the road and rail industries.
The ideal candidate will be degreequalified and have experience of reinforced concrete- particularly on infrastructure schemes. NEC contract proficiency is also a must. For this particular opportunity you will be working on projects in the Midlands.
I am looking for someone to start as soon as possible and my client is keen to interview over the next couple of weeks. There is room for negotiation on the salary and package and this is dependent on experience.
The salary is offered at a point that should attract candidates of intermediate level- around 3-5 years experience ideally. The opportunities for progression on the business are genuine due to the positive trend going forward.
