- 3-5 years of experience in the hotel/leisure industry
- Completed APC or on the path to completion
- Self-motivated with own transport and willingness to travel nationwide
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Team player with minimal supervision

- Manage estimating and cost planning activities

- Liaise with clients and design teams
- Monitor on-site progress and attend site meetings
- Answer queries and issue variations
- Conduct cost reporting and ensure compliance with client requirements
- Place and coordinate FF&E orders
- Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow
- Ensure timely and accurate applications
- Negotiate and agree on final accounts
- Coordinate successful and timely practical completion
- Competitive salary of £45K - £55K
