Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
Manage site costs and budgets
Monthly reporting
Provide accurate cost estimates when required
Manage project lifecycle
Experience:
5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on commercial and residential groundworks
Developer, subcontractor or main contractor background
Degree qualified or equivalent
Used to manging relationships, subcontractor and reporting cost controls
