Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 45,000 - 65,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Quantity Surveyor role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining to work on a large Healthcare project in Birmingham, experience working on this type of project is essential. This would suit someone who has a strong background in refurbishment / fit out or someone who has strong MEP experience.
This role will offer flexibility and the option to work from home 2 days per week, site based for 3 days.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor role
- My client will consider an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to progress, must have a minimum of 4 years' experience.
- Experience working on Healthcare schemes or MEP experience would be desirable
- Main Contractor experience
- UK Driving License
