An opportunity is available for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on Capital Projects within the NHS.
The position covers sites in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton areas.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience working client-side on Capital Projects, with a strong understanding of the relevant systems and procedures.
The role will primarily involve refurbishments and fit-outs at various NHS locations.
A degree qualification is required, and MRICS status is preferred.

An opportunity has come up for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on Capital Projects within the NHS, covering sites over the Birmingham / Wolverhampton areas.
