Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team based in Birmingham to work on a flagship project worth circa 100m in value. They are a Leading Tier 1 Contractor who work on projects for both public and private sector clients on schemes up to 200m in value across a variety of sectors including but not limited to, commercial, mixed-use, education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and student accommodation.
About the Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Due to securing an exciting pipeline of projects our client is now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work within their major projects division.
This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience leading high value schemes in excess of 20m from inception to completion and will have ideally worked on High -Rise / Luxury Residential schemes or Student Accommodation schemes.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor role
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or leading main contractor
- Must have delivered schemes as the Lead QS from cradle to grave
- Ideally have worked on Student Accommodation or High-Rise Residential schemes.
- Large value project experience, ideally have worked on schemes circa 20m and above
- Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred but not essential
- UK Driving License.
What we offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Salary: 70,000 - 85,000 DOE - will pay more for exceptional candidates
