The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a close-knit, ambitious team and take on a diverse range of exciting projects across the Hospitality, High-End Retail, Residential, and Commercial sectors. You'll be at the heart of some of the most dynamic projects in the industry, with project values ranging from 5m to 30m, and even larger schemes reaching up to 200m. From luxury hotels to large-scale residential developments, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact.
In this role, you'll be expected to lead project delivery, managing every aspect from inception to completion. Additionally, you'll mentor junior staff members, playing a key role in their APC development and career progression. The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS, although this is not a requirement.
- Prepared to lead an office team, mentor, and coach emerging professionals in their APC and development.
- Experienced across various sectors, notably Industrial, Residential (including high-rise and student accommodation), Hotels, and Leisure.
- Specialized knowledge in the industrial sector is highly regarded.
- Proficient in managing a range of project sizes, from 5m to 30m, with the capability to handle larger schemes in hotels and residential projects up to 100m to 200m.
