Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, ensuring the financial and contractual management of our kitchen and bathroom projects. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless execution of renovations, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and evaluate cost estimates for kitchen and bathroom projects.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in housing regeneration.
