The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Joining a collaborative team and reporting directly to the Directors, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee the delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You will have the autonomy to lead a diverse range of schemes spanning 2m - 200m in value, within the Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, and Office sectors.

Recent projects include a stunning 10m new-build residential development, a striking 10-storey residential tower with 150 premium apartments, and a comprehensive hospital refurbishment scheme. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing these high-profile developments while guiding and mentoring a team of talented professionals.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Strong Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience within a UK Consultancy
• MRICS or working towards ideally
• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• A successful track record running projects pre and post contract from inception to completion
• The desire to manage / mentor a small team is highly desirable
• The desire for a varied project workload
