A leading architectural consultancy with a versatile and highly skilled Quantity Surveying team are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Birmingham office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team comprising Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors, and other professionals.
You will take the lead on delivering Quantity Surveying services for projects in the residential new-build sector as well as refurbishment, fire remediation, and cladding works, with project values ranging from 3.5 million to 50 million.
This role also involves acting as an Employers' Agent on JCT d&b schemes, managing legal claim work, and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS qualification
- Experience within the residential market is beneficial
- Employers' agent experience would be desirable
- UK consultancy experience
