An award-winning and rapidly expanding Construction and Property Consultancy in Birmingham are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

With three strategically located offices, this well-established consultancy has cemented its position in the Birmingham market. The Birmingham branch comprises a growing Quantity Surveying team of five within a broader team of 25+. This role is integral to the company's ambitious growth plans and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to its continued success.

The consultancy is on track to achieve a £2 million turnover this year, with a target of £2.85 million next year, and an overarching goal of increasing group turnover from £8 million to £20 million within four years. This exciting growth trajectory makes it the perfect time to become a part of their journey.

The company's project portfolio is diverse, including industrial, offices, education, build-to-rent, student accommodation, ecclesiastical, listed buildings and public projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, enjoy working autonomously within a flexible firm, and contribute to the long-term growth of the team.

  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Holds a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a UK Consultancy
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent Pre and Post Contract experience
