As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be integral to the construction process from procurement to the agreement of the Final Account for commercial construction schemes. This role requires a high degree of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within consultancy or private practice.


You will be responsible for:

- Pre and post-contract cost consultancy
- Professional quantity surveying
- Working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service
- Mentoring junior team members, sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience

We're looking for extensive knowledge of construction processes and life cycles and proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably within a consultancy or private practice setting
