Description
- Managing construction project costs and ensuring optimum use of resources
- Preparing contracts and tenders in line with company policies
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
- Tracking changes in design, construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
- Providing advice on contract claims and disputes
- Enhancing value for money while ensuring that the project is completed on time
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff
Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
