Description

  • Managing construction project costs and ensuring optimum use of resources
  • Preparing contracts and tenders in line with company policies
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
  • Tracking changes in design, construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
  • Providing advice on contract claims and disputes
  • Enhancing value for money while ensuring that the project is completed on time
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff

Profile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
