My client, a highly reputable project management and quantity surveying consultancy working within the infrastructure and construction sector is actively looking to expand their current operations in Birmingham. They are looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor focused on commercial, regeneration, residential and blue light-related projects within their wider team.
Their business provides comprehensive project management solutions, cost consultancy, and quantity surveying services, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Ideally, they're looking for an adept professional with a proven track record in successfully managing intricate and diverse projects with the ability to prepare budget estimates, cost plans, tendering procedures and contract arrangements whilst managing the overall performance of the team and managing project work.
Candidate Requirements
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Providing procurement & Strategy advice.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Experienced within Commercial & Residential projects (pre-and post-contract)
- Prior experience working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.
