Our client is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing change management and claims within assigned work packages
  • Utilising NEC4 contracts to ensure project compliance and effective cost control
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely quantity surveying services
  • Providing expert advice on cost strategies and contractual matters
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal and external review
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between on-site and remote teams
  • Supporting rail and station projects, leveraging relevant background experience where beneficial


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in quantity surveying within the highways sector
  • Significant experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Expertise in managing change and claims using NEC4 contracts
  • Capability to work effectively both on-site and remotely
  • Understanding of cost control and contractual compliance
