Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a reputable Independent Financial Advisor firm in Birmingham.
The role offers a salary ranging from £28,000 to £100,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
Candidates must have a CeMap or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
The ideal applicant should possess a strong understanding of various mortgage types and the ability to independently solve client issues.
Additionally, experience in cross-selling mortgage protection products and a strong awareness of client needs are essential for this position.

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a reputable Independent Financial Advisor firm, who are looking for an experienced and talent Mortgage Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the role below.

Role: Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Salary: £28,000-£100,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications and performance)
Location: Birmingham
Working: Hybrid
Contract: Permanent (employed or self-employed)

Role Overview

Must possess a CeMap or equivalent qualification and 2 years experience minimum
Excellent understanding of residential, commercial or buy-to-let mortgages.
Ability to problem solve for clients independently
Experienced in cross-sell mortgage protection products and insurance policies.
Strong awareness of how to cater to all clients needs and situations.
