Logistics Administrator (Part-Time)Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pmWe are looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This position provides a chance to thrive in a busy setting while helping maintain efficient daily operations.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in drivers, providing them with briefings on procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Accurately process pre-shipped deliveries.
  • Collect and log data on trailer suitability from arriving drivers and the shunting team.
  • Coordinate the dispatch order of drivers to the loading area, providing signals as needed.
  • Plan and organise shunter assignments for unloading and reloading activities.
  • Communicate with Supply Chain and Corrugated teams regarding trailers scheduled for unloading and reloading.
  • Transfer data between software systems, including MS Teams and TMS.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with solid literacy and numeracy abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Commitment to using data effectively to drive operational improvements.
  • Resilient, assertive, and highly motivated.
  • Customer-oriented with an ability to connect and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Experience in promoting and adhering to safety standards.
  • Willingness to take on other related duties as needed.
