Global Logistics Staff Ltd are a leading supplier of labour to the rail, construction and logistics industry. On a weekly basis, we supply our major rail customers with experienced RRV, Plant Ops, Machine and Crane Controllers.  Our rail works are either project works or weekend work. 

We are now looking to increase our supply of Crane Controllers and Machine Controllers.  If you are an experienced Crane or Machine Controller we have on offer:

Regular work.
Excellent Pay rates.
Banded pay scale, dependent on machine and attachment competencies.

The role:
To ensure the safe operation of OTP/ Mobile Plant in line with current rules and standards
To ensure your plant has the correct competence for and authorisation to use, under your supervision and correctly use plant for its intended use.
To carry out your undertaking professionally and politely, whilst utilising communication devices to enhance safety.


Requirements:
All C/C’s and M/C’s are required to comply with Network Rail pre-employment checks, which are as follows:
Identity verification.
UK Right to Work check.
Employment references (past 3 years). Must be able to provide information for any gaps in employment history of 3 months or more.
An up-to-date PTS/ Sentinel card with relevant competencies.
Good knowledge and experience of rail operations. Preferably with OLEC 1.
