A leading global property company is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for a high end Build to Rent scheme in Birmingham. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for carrying out viewings, vetting applicants, upselling additional services, organising compliance and marketing. Overview:
- Role: BTR Lettings Negotiator
- Location: Birmingham
- Salary: Up to £31,500 + Discretionary Bonus
- Working Hours: 5 over 7 days / 1 weekend every 6 weeks
Responsibilities include:
- Carry out regular rent analysis of the local market.
- Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate rental offers.
- Complete applicant vetting requirements.
- Coordinate renewal communications and negotiations.
- Ensure arrival packs are prepared and ready for the tenant move ins.
- Provide first class customer service to residents and applicants.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data.
- Ensure good presentation of available apartments at all times.
- Coordinating the online marketing for available apartments.
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to in line with agreed service levels.
- Assisting the General Manager with ad hoc projects.
The person:
- Experience undertaking viewings and negotiating offers.
- Prior experience working in a negotiator role within real estate.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and dynamic, taking ownership of duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible and cooperative.
