Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a new challenge? Our client, an esteemed independent firm in Central Birmingham, is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings and valuations, attending viewings and valuations, registering tenants, providing regular landlord feedback, and dealing with general enquiries. In addition, you will be expected to work towards individual and team targets and handle some property management duties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of lettings experience and a proven track record in a target-focused environment. You should possess the confidence and ability to quickly build rapport with customers, as well as the skills to spot opportunities and multitask effectively. A reliable, energetic, tenacious, and results-driven approach is essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must have your own car for appointments.
In return for your skills and experience, our client offers a salary in the range of £25,000, with an OTE of c.£28,000 depending on your level of expertise.
