- OTE £35,000
- Basic salary Circa £25,000 (negotiable) plus commission
This role is ideal for a driven, personable, and reliable individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on existing sales stock, carrying out valuations, viewings, and take-ons in the local area.The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in estate agency, ideally as a Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
- A strong people person with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised, polished, and proactive
- A team player with a mature and professional approach
- Looking for a long-term role with a company that values its staff
