About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Lister/Manager to join our successful estate agency team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in property sales, valuations, and business generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Listings & Valuations: Conduct market appraisals, provide accurate valuations, and win new instructions.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from listing to completion, ensuring targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key partners.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Secure offers and progress sales through to a successful completion.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor the sales team, driving performance and professional development.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Use various marketing strategies to generate leads and grow the business.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in estate agency sales and valuations
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have own vehicle (due to travel requirements)
  • Be aware that the office is located within a Clean Air Zone (applicants should consider vehicle compliance)
