Estate Agent Junior Sales Negotiator - Sheldon - up to £24k basic plus commission

Great opportunity for someone currently working in a sales environment who is keen to transfer their skills into Estate Agency. My client is as leading agent in the area and they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to work in their Sheldon branch. The role offers huge opportunities to broaden your existing skills and genuine career progression.

The role of Sales Negotiator involves qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include a team meeting, arranging viewings, showing properties to prospective buyers, managing existing client’s properties and liaising closely with colleagues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. You will need to be energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.

You will be a team player and must have the following:

  • Experience in a Sales role
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • IT literacy
  • The ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Sound business ethics
  • Be tenacious and a self-starter
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Your own car and a full, current driving licence
  • To consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays with day off in lieu
