Estate Agent Sales/Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham - £30k + Package

My client is a multi-award-winning estate and letting agent located in the heart of Birmingham city centre. With over 20 years of experience, they exclusively represent the city centre, establishing a renowned reputation as market experts. Their team specializes in letting, managing, selling, and consulting on high-quality apartments, focusing on a niche market.

They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator ideally who can speak Mandarin / Chinese who will be responsible for successfully letting and selling properties at competitive prices to well-qualified applicants.

Main Duties:

  • Monitor the applicant database daily, matching qualified applicants with suitable properties.
  • Achieve the best possible prices for clients in the shortest time frame, ensuring that all special conditions are clearly definedd upon.
  • Organise and efficiently manage your diary, booking and carrying out viewings
  • Ensure that all cessary paperwork and administration are completed accurately

Essential Skills required:

  • Estate Agency / Lettings experience
  • Knowledge of Mandarin / Chinese would be a distinct advantage
  • Well presented
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full driving licence and car

Hours: Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Monday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Tuesday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday. Flexibility to work outside office hours may be required to secure business opportunities.
