Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Coleshill - up to £28k basic plus commission
This is a very rare opportunity to join this very well established, independent Estate Agents who have been in the area for many years and provide a traditional customer focused service. They pride themselves on their longstanding staff members who believe in offering a good quality service to their vendors and purchasers alike and they understand their staff need a good work/life balance. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer who will have experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a role where offering a first class service is far more important than hitting targets. Experience in Valuations is not necessary as full training will be provided.
You will be generating new business opportunities, carrying out valuations, measuring up of properties and will also be carrying out viewings and tying up offers.
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agency experience
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK driving license and Car for which mileage will be paid
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and if a Saturday is worked 9am - 1pm there is a half day off in lieu
