  • Previous experience in an estate agent
  • Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities

  • Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential
  • Show respect for others and build relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage / oversee the end-to-end lettings process for residential properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
  • Advertise available properties through various channels- Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • ARLA membership (preferred)
