Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with alternate weekends (half day)

As a Lettings Manager, you will need to have the usual attributes associated with a role like this, such as confidence, self motivation coupled with having excellent communication skills.
You will oversee all lettings and property management ops, as well as the property management team.
Offering the highest level of customer service whilst maximising on occupancy rates.
So, being an effective organiser and communicator, you will be keen take on more knowledge of the lettings market including all relevant regulations and legislations.
- Achieve performance targets whilst leading the and managing the lettings team and offering support and guidance where required
- Implement effective marketing strategies
- Process all lease agreements and referencing
- Address any tenant queries effectively with minimum stress
- Cross departmental communication
