- Managing property viewings and liaising with potential tenants.
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.
- Handling new stock, ensuring properties are marketed effectively and promptly.
- Conducting property inspections and reporting on conditions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with all letting’s regulations and company procedures.
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- A full UK driving license holder
