You’d be joining a highly regarded, forward-thinking company that has a slightly different approach to selling homes, and you’d be doing it from the comfort of your own home in a fully employed, basic and commission role - the dream, right?

What do we need from you?

  • Exceptional work ethic - let’s face it working at home can focus some and distract others
  • Top notch client care & customer service skills
  • Communication by phone needs to be on point
  • You should be used to a target driven environment & KPI’s
  • Previous experience in Estate Agency, ideally 2-3 years’ experience on the sales side of the business

What will you be getting up to?

  • You will be building and nurturing Estate Agency clients that have already been signed up
  • Encourage the Estate Agents to send leads through to convert & assist vendors to see value in the product
  • Arrange viewings between the agents, vendors & buyers (You will NOT need to attend the viewings)
  • Take offers & liaise with the agents, vendors & buyers
  • Take deposits
  • Deal with occasional complaints before escalation is required
  • Hitting KPI targets as set by your Regional Manager
