What do we need from you?
- Exceptional work ethic - let’s face it working at home can focus some and distract others
- Top notch client care & customer service skills
- Communication by phone needs to be on point
- You should be used to a target driven environment & KPI’s
- Previous experience in Estate Agency, ideally 2-3 years’ experience on the sales side of the business
What will you be getting up to?
- You will be building and nurturing Estate Agency clients that have already been signed up
- Encourage the Estate Agents to send leads through to convert & assist vendors to see value in the product
- Arrange viewings between the agents, vendors & buyers (You will NOT need to attend the viewings)
- Take offers & liaise with the agents, vendors & buyers
- Take deposits
- Deal with occasional complaints before escalation is required
- Hitting KPI targets as set by your Regional Manager
