As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for successfully letting and selling properties at competitive prices to well-qualified applicants. You will maintain clear communication with all relevant parties throughout the process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Property Manager or sales progression team upon agreement.

Working Conditions
- Location: You will work in the office approximately 30% of the time and spend 70% of your time conducting viewings
- Hours: Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Monday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Tuesday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday. Flexibility to work outside office hours may be required to secure business opportunities.
Training
- A personalised induction will be developed based on individual requirements and reviewed periodically to ensure continuous improvement.
Package
- Salary: Basic salary of £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus an uncapped commission package (OTE approximately £31,000).
