An extremely well-established, multi branch Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their hungry and experienced team in Moseley.This is a fantastic brand to work, with an amazing office vibe. No micromanagement. Plenty of nights out and all staff are well looked after.

- Local to Moseley
- Have at least 12 months experience working in as a Sales Negotiator.
- Can-do attitude
- Willingness to progress
- Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
- KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
- Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
- Articulate, confident and intelligent
- Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Not afraid of hard work
- Full, clean UK driving license
