As Sales Negotiator What’s in it for you?

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:
- Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
- Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
- Manage client records and feedback through our system
- Market new stock across multiple media platforms
- Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
- Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Carry out sales progression on your own sales - Seeing your clients journey throught to key handover
What We’re Looking For from a Sales Negotiator:
- Previous experience in sales or property is essential
- Local market knowledge would be a plus
- Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
- A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in achieving resultsÂ
- Solid IT skills & attention to detail
- A well-presented and professional approach
- Punctuality & great organisational skills
