Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:

  • Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Manage client records and feedback through our system
  • Market new stock across multiple media platforms
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
  • Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
  • Carry out sales progression on your own sales - Seeing your clients journey throught to key handover

What We’re Looking For from a Sales Negotiator:

  • Previous experience in sales or property is essential
  • Local market knowledge would be a plus
  • Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in achieving results 
  • Solid IT skills & attention to detail
  • A well-presented and professional approach
  • Punctuality & great organisational skills
