If so, we are looking for such an individual for a new opportunity with our client, a well-established independent agency, who is currently looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their growing team in Harborne. 

Working hours of a Sales Valuer: 

  • Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm 
  • Alternate Saturdays 9 am – 4 pm (day off in lieu for one of the Saturdays) 

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered: 

  • £25,000 basic 
  • £50,000 OTE
  • Car allowance 
  • Career progression 

Sales Valuer requirements: 

  • Previous Estate Agency and valuing experience 
  • Able to work well individually as well as in a team. 
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal 
  • Highly organised 
  • Full UK driver’s license 

Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Increase Branch income. 
  • Carrying out market appraisals 
  • Selling the services of our clients 
  • Closing for business 
  • Help drive business forward
  • Helping manage the team when needed
  • Liaising with the Sales team to ensure everything is being done to achieve a successful sale
