Commercial Negotiator - BirminghamAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Negotiator to join a leading independent commercial property firm in Birmingham. This is a fast-paced role within a highly respected company, offering a fantastic opportunity for career growth and development.Role Overview:As a Commercial Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling the sale and letting of a diverse range of commercial properties, including retail units, offices, and industrial premises across the Midlands. You will be involved in every stage of the transaction, from initial valuation to deal completion, working closely with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and solicitors.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and valuations
- Prepare marketing materials, including property brochures and online listings
- Arrange and manage property viewings
- Negotiate terms of sales and lettings
- Maintain regular communication with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with rent reviews, lease renewals, and formal valuation reports for banks, pension funds, and private clients
- Stay up to date with market trends and local commercial property activity
The Ideal Candidate:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
