We have an exciting, yet immediate vacancy for our client a housing provider based in Birmingham to recruit a Property Coordinator.

The Property / Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Property Team Leader, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget whilst meeting high-quality standards.

The role involves coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status updates.
  • Track project budgets and monitor resource allocation.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate communication.
