PROPERTY DISPOSAL MANAGER - WEST MIDLANDS or LONDON - PERMANENT - £47,450 - £80,760

ARM are working with a leading major infrastructure client and we are currently recruiting for Property Disposal Manager to join the team based in the West Midlands or London.

About You:

You will be experience in dealing with property disposals, ideally within large scale and complex disposals.

You will be a chartered surveyor or have demonstrable training within the property disposal field.

Your experience will ideally include multi-sector disposals such as land, commercial and housing properties.

You will have experience of leading or managing others too.

Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO's)

What you will be doing:

This is a key position within the organisation and you will be involved with key asset disposals to the market. Working with agencies and internal stakeholders, you will ensure asset disposals are made in a accordance with legal and compliance standards for the company. This will be a fast paced environment. You will lead a small team and will be the lead on disposals within the organisation also.

This position can be based in either London or Birmingham (depending on your preference) and will be working using the hybrid model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. There will be some travel between London and Birmingham, but fully expensed.

What you can expect in return:

The salary for this position is between £47,450 and £80,760 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. Salary ranges do differ depending on location based from with London highest offered at £80,750 and Birmingham at £71, 160. On top of this is an excellent range of benefits and access to career defining training.
