Our client is a forward-thinking property management company seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring high standards of property management, compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, including a large prestigious estate.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, leaseholders and stakeholders.
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and safety standards.
- Work alongside the accounts team to manage property finances, including budgeting, financial reporting and expenditure reviews.
- Coordinate major works and maintenance projects to completion.
- Provide timely communication and reports to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and support junior staff within your portfolio team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management.
- MIRPM qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., MRI Qube).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UK driving license.
