Sonic Summary

The job is for an experienced property manager at a residential development in Birmingham.
Candidates should have experience managing high-end residential developments with around 600 units.
Responsibilities include overseeing a team of concierges, cleaners, and subcontractors, as well as managing service charge budgeting and issuing section 20's & 21's.
The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a minimum qualification of AIRPM.
The salary for this role is between £38,000 and £40,000 per annum, with additional benefits including pension, private medical care, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

The property manager will need to have experience in running high end residential developments, overseeing all aspects of managing circa 600 units and estate grounds.

Managing a team of concierges, cleaners, and sub contractors.

Issuing section 20's & 21's.

Service charge budgeting.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
