The role involves managing a team of concierges, cleaners, and subcontractors, as well as handling service charge budgeting and issuing section 20's and 21's.
Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and have prior experience in running high-end residential developments.
The position offers a salary between £38,000 and £40,000 annually, along with benefits including a pension, private medical care, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
A minimum of AIRPM certification is required for this role.
