Our client, a leading property management firm, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to ensure their existing properties are maintained to the highest standards and new ones are brought 'on stream' in a timely manner and within budget.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage the existing housing stock to assess conditions, identify issues etc
- Prepare repair and refurb specs and oversee the subcontractors carrying that out
- Work with residents and other stakeholders to ensure all needs are accounted for and that feedback is used to shape future work
- Take responsibility for new projects to ensure each one is brought in on time and in budget
The Candidate:
The ideal Property Manager will have:
- Proven experience in property management or surveying or building management
- An expertise across repair management and maintenance and the ability to report on it
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee projects.
- Excellent communication skills for working with all stakeholders
