Property Manager - Birmingham - c£40k
We’re working with the Residential Block Management arm of a long established, highly regarded and prominent Asset Management, Surveying and Commercial Agency based in Birmingham.
Within their Leasehold Block Management team they now require an additional Property Manager as follows:
- 2+ years direct leasehold block management experience
- Based in (or within commuting range of) Birmingham
- Able to autonomously and competently deal with service charge budgets, site inspections, S20 major works, resident liaison and contractor management
- Coming from a stable career history, ideally underpinned by related professional accreditation (though this isn’t essential)
- Portfolio is all local (Birmingham/Midlands), but a driving license is required for site visits
In addition to a basic salary around £40k the successful Property Manager will enjoy a structured career path, exposure to wider areas of the property market (including Commercial Agency & Asset Management) and outstanding job security.
