Surveyor to Senior Surveyor

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, their solicitors, and tenants. Handle tenant applications and identify asset management opportunities such as lease re-gearing, refurbishment, redevelopment, lease surrenders, and dilapidation's.

Business Development: Manage and nurture existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive growth.

Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on service charge expenditure, work closely with the property management accounts team to produce service charge budgets, reconciliations, quarterly variance reports, and rent raising reports.

What We're Looking For:

MRICS Qualified: You must be MRICS qualified with significant experience as a Senior Property Manager.

Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law, with experience managing both single-let and multi-let properties.

Passionate Professional: A proven Property Manager who is passionate about their work and committed to excellence.
