Overview
Carter Rolan Group are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Property Administrator / Manager to manage circa 30-40 properties for rental income across the UK. Though our preference is for someone to be based out of Birmingham, we will be open and negotiable to wider locations around the UK.

Your new Senior Property Administrator / Manager role
The role will entail managing general contracts, checking leases, liaising with lawyers, ensuring payments are received, communication on property matters is done with tenants etc.
Properties are dotted around the country but predominantly around West Midlands, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northampton, Manchester etc.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with leaseholders, tenants and contractors.
Plan and manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and property upgrades.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
Proven property management experience is essential.
Excellent understanding of property-related legislation, particularly leasehold management
Someone with a legal background would be a bonus
