Venn Group is currently recruiting for Estates Officers for an organisation based in Birmingham. This contract is covering long term sick and will be temporary to begin, possibility of permanent position down the line.

You must be based in the Birmingham area.

The Job responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage a team of multi-skilled engineers and assistants
  • Organise PPM schedules and allocated reactive work
  • Organise Health and Safety documents on site and auditing sites to ensure compliance to strict NHS standards
  • Responsible for overseeing contractors and ensuring there work is complaint to strict standards
  • Manage minor works projects like fit outs and refurbishments, up to around £50,000
  • Ensure employees are efficient and getting work done on time and to strict standards
  • Allocate work depending on priority and urgency

You will be immediately available for work (2 week notice period at maximum). The hourly rate on offer is negotiable depending on experience.
