- General estate / tenant management
- Lease renewals
- Rent reviews
- Manage a small team of 3 Estates Surveyors
- Help implement a strategic Asset Management Plan
Qualifications:
- MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, within a Local Authority context.
Work Arrangement:
- Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
