Role: Planning Law Partner
Location: Midlands - Worcester / Birmingham / Northampton
Salary: DOE
Hybrid, Available Caseload, Legal 500 National firm, Potential for Equity in due course.
Here at Simpson Judge we are proud to be assisting one of our largest clients in the search for a senior Planning Law specialist that doesn't require guidance or training in the field as you will be the senior figure in this particular department.
An active following is not needed but a strong network of contacts to touch base with will however be beneficial to you and the firm you are joining.
Some of the matters you will be passed over from the firms large and reputable Real Estate team would consist of but not be limited too:
Planning agreements, Community infrastructure levy ,Permitted development, Heritage, Highways, Compulsory acquisition, Environmental assessment, Appeals, Public inquiries, Enforcement, Judicial review, Planning and restrictive covenant insurance, Village greens, Rights of light and much more.
