PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR[Location] [Salary Range]

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Management Administrator to join a dynamic and forward-thinking property investment and development business. This company is dedicated to enhancing the urban landscape and is committed to delivering high-quality services and facilities within a prestigious estate. The Property Management Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the property team and ensuring the smooth operation of property management activities.

The Property Management Administrator will be responsible for establishing effective administration systems, maintaining the integrity of the property database, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the ongoing success of the company. The role will be based from the Birmingham office, with 1 day per week working from home.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Establish and maintain effective administration systems for the property portfolio.
  • Assist the property team in ensuring properties are maintained to the company's specifications.
  • Co-ordinate arrangements for statutory compliance requirements and ensure timely action and recording.
  • Manage and process business rates bills, monitoring recovery of overpayments.
  • Liaise with contractors and professional advisors to facilitate repairs and maintenance.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Good general standard of education with experience in multi-sector property management preferred, utiliites sector expereince could also be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and database management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
