The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and delivering an exceptional experience for clients.
From the moment a property comes onto the market to the final completion, you will be at the forefront of the process, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring seamless transactions.
This role offers not just a competitive salary but also the chance to earn significant commission, with realistic on-target earnings of £33,000.
You’ll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced team where your skills and determination will be rewarded, and where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Achieve
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers, helping clients find their perfect home or achieve the best possible price for their property.
- Conduct engaging property viewings, offering expert advice and building strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals with confidence, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties.
- Work closely with vendors to provide market insights, feedback, and strategic advice to maximise their property's potential.
- Contribute to the agency’s success and growth by exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for property.
Previous experience in estate agency sales is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a natural ability to build rapport with clients are key.
A full, clean UK driving licence is required, as you’ll be out and about, showcasing properties and making deals happen.
